Welcome to Catina Health. These terms are intentionally short and written in plain language. They explain how you can use the platform, what privacy protections are built in, and where your own responsibilities begin.
Privacy-firstAnonymous ok
You can stay anonymous and do not need to provide personal information to use Catina Health. We respect your privacy and will never ask for more than is necessary to run your account.
Your health data never leaves your deviceEncrypted locally
Your health data is stored only on your device, encrypted. We do not have access to your health data, so there is nothing we can sell to third parties.
- You can export your data at any time in encrypted form.
- You can import encrypted data on another device.
- You can delete your data at any time.
How AI works on this platformPrivate AI
Catina Health uses private AI that runs in a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), a protected runtime designed to process requests without exposing your health data to external AI providers or ordinary cloud services.
Your health data remains private and under your control.
Fair use of the platformPersonal use
The AI is provided for normal personal use. To keep the platform fair and running well for everyone, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for understanding your own health data.
- Not automate, script, or send unusually high request volumes.
- Not reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the AI or platform technology.
- Not use the platform for illegal activity.
We may suspend accounts that seriously violate these terms.

Platform insights are for informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
- AI can make mistakes. Do not rely on platform insights alone for health decisions.
- We are not liable for harm resulting from actions taken based on platform content.
- We are not responsible for third-party apps, devices, or services you connect.
Changes to these termsAdvance notice
If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you in advance. Continuing to use the platform after the updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
