Privacy-first

Personal information is optional. Catina requests only the account information needed to operate the service.

Health Vault storage and control

• Supported health records are stored in an encrypted local Health Vault.
• Standard vault unlock is assisted by Catina's account backend. Extra Local Protection separately adds passphrase-gated local encryption.
• You can export your data at any time, encrypted, and import it on another device.
• You can delete your data at any time.

How AI works on this platform

For current sensitive AI features, the browser verifies an attested Trusted Execution Environment before establishing a secure session. Supported request and response bodies are encrypted end to end to that enclave. A verified session may be reused for up to 30 minutes. Operational headers and metadata needed for authentication, routing, limits, billing, and reliability remain visible to the relevant service providers. A verification failure stops the sensitive request before transmission.

Fair use of the platform

The AI is provided for normal, personal use. The following uses are prohibited:

• Use outside the intended purpose of understanding your own health data.
• Automated, scripted, or unusually high-volume requests beyond normal individual usage.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the AI or the platform's technology.
• Illegal activity conducted through the platform.
• We may suspend accounts that seriously violate these terms.

Your responsibilities

• The insights you receive are informational. Qualified healthcare professionals provide medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment.
• AI can make mistakes. Verify platform insights with a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
• You assume responsibility for actions taken based on platform content, subject to applicable law.
• Connected third-party apps and devices operate under their own terms and remain your responsibility.
