Select the Pay tab on the Order page and follow the on-screen instructions. You can pay by credit card as a recurring monthly or annual subscription, or with USDC, Bitcoin, or ZCash as a prepaid plan. Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming soon.
Is it safe to purchase a plan on Catina?
Yes. Polar handles card details and sends Catina the payment status needed to activate your plan. Crypto payments are confirmed directly on-chain; your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases stay with you.
Which crypto payment networks are supported?
You can pay with Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network, ZCash on the ZCash network, or USDC on major EVM chains: Ethereum Mainnet, Base, Arbitrum, and Polygon.
Can I cancel anytime?
Card subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime, with access continuing through the paid period. Crypto plans are prepaid for a fixed term and end automatically.
What is your refund policy?
Paid plan purchases are final. For billing or product issues, contact support@catina.box and our team will help.
Is there a subscription I can buy?
Yes. Credit card payments create a recurring monthly or annual subscription that renews until cancellation. Crypto payments cover a fixed prepaid term, which you can extend or purchase for multiple months. Your Plans page shows the active period.
Can I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. The remaining value of your current plan is applied automatically to the upgrade.
