Instead, we're running an open sharing circle.
Each person gets 3–5 minutes to share one thing they're actively working on in their health or longevity practice
a health challenge, a protocol, a device, a supplement stack, a sleep experiment, a recovery routine, a biomarker they're tracking, a question they're chasing.
Then we open it up. Compare notes. Swap what's working. Call out what isn't.
If you're running an Oura ring, a CGM, a breath protocol, an ice bath habit, a fasting schedule, a meditation practice, tracking HRV, experimenting with peptides, or any ongoing health experiment - come and share (or just listen and learn!).
