
We are taking biohacking outdoors for a special VO₂ Max Challenge — a field run designed for athletes and longevity seekers alike.
If you have done it with us before, you can track how your VO2Max changes week by week - it should improve with regularly training.
We’ll be doing the Cooper Test — a classic, lab-validated method to estimate your VO₂ Max using just a stopwatch.
